Description
The New Syllabus for LL.B. Course, Semester and Unit-wise System, was introduced with effect from 2001-2002 by the Bar Council of India, and followed by our University. Thus the new syllabus LL.B. First Year - Semester and Unit-wise System-started in 2001-2002. The First Semester Examinations for 2001-2002 were conducted in October, 2001 and subsequently the Second Semester Examinations were conducted in April, 2002. In 2001-2002, the Bar Council of India suggested new Pattern Examination, i.e., each Subject Paper, consisting Internal and External/End/University Examinations, and the External Examination Paper in Three Parts i.e., Short Notes/Short Answer Questions, Essay Questions and Problems (Case-Comment Questions). Since 2001-2002, Sri Venkateswara University, Sri Krishna Devaraya University, Andhra University, Nagarjuna University, etc., has been following this new Pattern Examination. However, Osmania University, Kakatiya University, etc., have not followed this new Pattern Examination.
