Rajinder Kaur
is a Professor of Law and Corrdinator of the centre for Trade Laws and Dispute Resolution at the University Institute of Legal Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh. With 17 years of teaching experience in Corporate Laws and International Trade Laws, she has to her credit more than 60 publications in reputed and refereed international and national journals. A reviewer of various international and national journals Professor Kaur was Foreign Quality Assurance Expert and Chair of the EPR Team in Institutional Quality Assurance Cell at Khulna University, Bangladesh.
Rashmi Aggarwal has been associated with IMT Ghaziabad in Economics, Environment and Policy since 2007 as a Professor of Law. She currently serves on the boards of seven public companies as an independent director. She was a Chairperson - 2 year PGDM programme; Chairperson, PGDM Executive; Chairperson, Media and Corporate Relations; and Core Coordinator for the coveted AACSB accreditation at IMT Ghaziabad. She has been a visiting Professor at various IIMs and reputed institutions abroad like the Toulouse Business School, France, and S P Jain School of Global Management, Dubai.
