Description
"Evidence" is the most important facet of Justice delivery system. With the advancement of Information Technology, as the necessity of utilization of "Electronic Evidence" in the "Justice Delivery System" was felt, suitable amendments were introduced to the relevant Legislations governing the field. May be "Indian Evidence Act, 1872" is the most important legislation relevant for the purpose but this Legislation too does not cover the whole field since "Evidence" and "Electronic Evidence" with certain variations in their applicability may be equally relevant before Tribunals, Quasi Judicial bodies and the like. "Internet World" or "Digital World" may be an universally well identified phenomenon governed by several Domestic Legislations throughout the World. In this brief commentary on the Topic we have taken all the necessary care to touch almost all the essential aspects but however we cannot claim that this is an Exhaustive commentary but just a short one, more or less a handy book useful to the needy.
