However, through all these changes, some basic concepts have stood the test of time These concepts form the very basis of understanding the economic world. In this edition of Macro Economics, 1 have tried to incorporate some changes that have taken place in the field of Economics. 1 hope it will be useful to any person who wants to have a fair knowledge of Macro Economics. Due care has been taken to present the matter in a systematic manner through various headings and sub-headings, while keeping the language simple and easy. I hope this book will live up to the expectations of the readers and meet their requirements. It covers relevant and important aspects of Macro Economics. It will help us to understand our own economy and world economies in a better way. It will help us in understanding the economic policy making from a broader perspective.
