Description
A student, who reads the text books and reference books on the law subjects, faces the problem to concise the material to answer the question within stipulated time of half-an-hour or 35 minutes for each question. Because he goes to the depth of the subject. The student, who does not read the text books, also suffers from lack of knowledge on the subject. Some of the students do not get the time to study the material on law in length, sparing much time, due to their busy work, jobs etc. Keeping in view of these circumstances I prepared "Answer to the Important Questions". The student is advised to go through these answers thoroughly. I have also given the previous repeated questions of Osmania University on each subject. Similar questions may also appear in other Universities. It is not possible to give all previous questions of other Universities in this small book-let Previous questions help the student just like a torch light helps a person int he dark nights. The clever student always refers the old question papers to obtain highest marks. Hence the candidates of other Universities are advised to procure the previous question papers of their respective Universities on each subject and study the material. This book-let contains the main points, ingredients, case-law wherever necessary suggestions for improvement from the learned readers are welcome. The lapses will, it any, be rectified it future editions.
