Author Details
Dr. Medha Kolhatkar (BSL, LLM, Ph.D.) is a faculty at ILS Law College, Pune with an extensive teaching experience of nearly three decades and a legal consultant. She accomplished Masters in Law from the University of Pune and Doctor of Philosophy in Law from Bharti Vidyapeeth University, Pune. She regularly delivers lectures at various Law Colleges, Corporate Houses, Financial Institutions, etc.
