Author Details
Dr. D. D. Mukherjee is a corporate trainer and a senior faculty in the banking and fim domain. He is associated with various institutes of repute in the country - Jawaharl Nehru Institute of Banking and Finance (JNIBF, IDBI Bank), Hyderabad, Talentsprii Education Services Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad and Stratadigm Education Services Pvt. Ltc Mumbai - to name a few. Dr. Mukherjee has more than three decades of experience inl banking and finance. He served State Bank of India for 25 years in various importc positions followed by a seven year association with IDBI Bank as Senior Facu Dr. Mukherjee is a post-graduate in Physics, a Certified Associate of the Indian Institi of Banking & Finance,
and holds a Ph.D. in Management (Finance).
Throughout his banking career, Dr. Mukherjee has dealt with appraisal, delive monitoring and recovery of bank credit in Corporate, Retail and International ere segments. His operational experience in bank lending includes his assignme as head of a number of large branches, commercial lending operations of a large circle of SBI and the management of credit portfolio of the circle. During the peri 1998-2004, he was a member of Faculty (Credit & IB discipline) at State Bank Si College, Hyderabad. As a member of Faculty, Dr. Mukherjee was actively involved in formulation and implementation of the revised Credit Risk models for the Bank. He has also done meaningful research in the area of EMI formulations & Housing loan and has developed a Housing loan score card model for use by the bank.
V. Rajaraman Served Bank of India, a Premier public sector bank, for 36 years and retired in December 2009 as General Manager Large Corporate Credit vertical. Following retirement, he continues to be associated with Bank of India as Advisor for one year
In the process of dealing with the 'who is who' of India's corporate world, he gained wide experience in corporate credit- spanning Appraisal, Debt Restructuring, Recovery Policy initiatives and Marketing. He has also worked in the training segment of the bank and was also invited by NIBM for guest lecture. He has delivered guest lectures at other institutions also. Rajaraman has experience or writing- having co-authored another book and written lecture series for NIBM in topics related to corporate credit and project finance.
