Author Details
Ms. Barkha B. is a practicing advocate at A.P. High Court with expertise in internet, e-mail and e-commerce and criminal law. She has been a consultant in Cyber Laws for many organizations. She did her post-graduation in political Science from Osmania University. A Law Graduate from P. R. R. Law College, she did her post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Laws from Central University at Hyderbad.
She got enrolled in the A.P. High Court Bar Council in the year 2003 and is presently attached to the office of Senior Counsel Shri. C. Padmanabha Reddy. She is the author of Cyber Law and Crime and has successfully revised the edition, twice earlier. She has also written Child in Cyber Space. She is a Columnist for a Telugu daily "Andhra Jyothi" which generated a lot of interest and awareness among the people regarding the Cyber Crimes.
U. Ramamohan is working as Superintendent of Police, Cyber Crimes in CID AP Hyderabad. Participated in the investigation of many sensational cases. He meritorious service has won him Two National Awards form Ministry of Home Affairs and two state police medal awards He is a regular guest faculty for NPA, AP Police Academy, CBI Academy, AP Judicial Academy, CDTS and various universities all over the country.
