Description
The CPWD has been releasing various types of rates and indices from time to time, which are required in working out costs and estimates in all types of CPWD works. Realising the necessity of a book containing these rates and indices, we are now pleased to present this Nabhi's Compilation of CPWD PLINTH AREA RATES, BUILDING COST INDEX, REPAIR & SERVICE COST INDEX AND PLINTH AREA NORMS, 2024.
The book also contains the CPWD Maintenance Manual, 2023 and amendments to CPWD Works Manual, 2022 and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). It, therefore, also serves as a Supplement to Nabhi's Compilation of CPWD Manual of Relevant Material for CPWD Works.

The book thus includes all relevant material essentially required in execution of CPWD building and maintenance works. Further, the Index of Office Memoranda, Notifications, Circulars etc. has been provided, which will further enhance the practical utility of the book.
We strongly hope that CPWD officers, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders shall find this book immensely useful.
