Description
Trial advocacy is empirical and not abstract. The pursuit of justice is a human endeaver racticed in the real world for real people. It is carried out by experimentation and observation. Justice, life, is in a state of becoming, developed through trial and error. The courtroom is our crucible. Here we display our abilities, champion client causes, seek to persuade judges and juries, and to control the pace, the progress, and the outcome of a case.
