Description
It is a matter of pleasure for me to present the Fifth Edition of the Book 'General Principles of Contract -I (Secs 1 to 75) and Specific Relief Act'. It has provided me opportunity to revise the book thoroughly in the light of the recent judicial decisions and statutory amendments. As earlier in the First Part of the book the general principles of Contract (Sections 1 to 75 of the Indian Contract Act) and in the Second part the provisions of the Specific Relief Act have been discussed with reference to the relevant judicial decisions.
