Description
Law of Contract i.e., the Indian Contract Act, 1872, consisting of 238 sections, is both technical and interesting in nature. The Act is roughly 150 years old with one amendment by the Contract (Amendment) Act, 1997. This book is divided into two Units - Unit 1 covers till section 75 and Unit 2 covers sections 123 to 238. The book gives the reader a simplified insight into the various technical and legal issues of Law of Contract in an easily understandable form. New cases and simplified examples have made the concepts very clear and I am sure all the readers would find this edition quite useful in their study. The book will be found very useful for students pursuing LL.B. 3 years or 5 years courses.
