Description
The interest and usefulness of writ remedies have been enlarged several times. Our constitution does not specify any procedural bar. A person may express his grievances at any time in any writ court. And it is this writ court which has developed some self-imposed patterns to make certain judicial discipline. Events now press hard on equitable remedies as we entered a new century. More persons in the profession in law and laymen as well are at a firing line in the war-front to wrest the rights which the Constitution has guaranteed to all sections of people. Political Chaos, ups and downs of economy or slow-moving productivity exist in the present society. All these pose a challenge to the present limits of law-givers or justice delivery systems. The present edition emphasizes on the simple procedural rules and substantive rights or remedies. Several new Chapters have been added.
