Description
The Competition Act, 2002 consisting of 66 sections, is both technical and interesting in nature. The Act is about 22 years old but is amended from time to time and the latest amendment is by the Competition (Amendment) Act, 2023. This book gives the reader a simplified insight. into the various technical and legal issues of the Competition Act in an easily understandable form. New cases and simplified examples have made the concepts very clear and I am sure all the readers would find this edition quite useful in their study.
