Description
The East India Company is a crystal clear historical examples showing the mighty powers of corporate personality which ruled the British India for 250 years, i.e. from 1600 to 1857. Since 1850s the Corporate Culture increased int he Western Countries. The Multi National Companies (MNCs) also started establishing their businesses in different countries. The competition arose between the big corporations. While extending their businesses, they began to do certain illegal acts, such as, Unfair Trade Practices, Restrictive Trade Practice, Monopolistic Trade Practice, Abuse of Dominant Position, Secret Agreements, etc. exploiting the consumers.
