Author Details
T. K. A. Padmanabhan is a Commerce Graduate from Madurai University (Gold Medallist). A Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, he graduated in law from Delhi University and was admitted to the Delhi Bar. At present he is a practicing lawyer at the Delhi High Court. Padmanabhan has over 25 years of experience in the disciplines of law, finance and management and is an advisor to Indian and foreign companies on various legal matters.
Being a prolific writer on legal subject, he has contributed numerous articles, opinions, etc. in leading corporate journals and legal reports published in India and abroad. He is also a visiting faculty to various management institutes and a guest speaker at seminars organized by various institutes including the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is the legal correspondent to the official journal "Chartered Secretary" published by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
