Ms. Anjali Aggarwal (FCS), Partner & head - Capital Markets, Corporate Professional, has to her credit 16 years of experience in Stock Exchange and SEBI related matters, with expertise in the subjects relating to Prospectus, Information Memorandums, Allotment of Securities, Private Placement of Equity/NCDS, ESOP, Buy back & Delisting etc.
Ms. Mohini Varshneya, a Master of Commerce and Fellow Member of the ICSI possesses nearing 14 years' experience. Presently she is heading ESOP Division of the Group and providing end to end solutions for all kinds of share based employee benefit plans to over 150 Companies comprising Listed, Unlisted, Startups and MNCs.
Mr. Nitesh Latwal (ACS) is a Commerce and Law Graduate and Member of the ICSI. He has to his credit 7 years of experience. He has been mainly dealing with Corporate Advisory, Opinions, Streamlining the Complexities in Transaction. He has also been conducting Compliance Audit covering all laws including Industrial & Labour Laws, etc.
Shivam Singhal (ACS) is an associate member if ICSI. He won the 15th All India Company Law Quiz organized by ICSI in 2015 at regional level & qualified for the national level. He has written a number of articles cum simplified notes on the Companies Act, 2013 and Insolvency Code, 2016. He conceptualized and designed publication of the Group on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy code, Viz., "Compendium on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016". He also conceptualized and designed this Book.
Mr. Sanchit Vijay, Bachelor of Commerce with Honours is a Chartered Accountant and possesses Diploma in Strategic Management from London School of Economics and Political Science. He has also attained Certifications in 'Mutual Funds' and 'Equity Derivative' from NSE Academy. Besides, he is a IBBI Registered Valuer for Securities and Financial Assets.
