Author Details
Dr. G.K. Kapoor
, co-winner of NIRC, ICAI Best Teacher Award 2000, is an author of various books on Law including Business Law, Business and Corporate Laws for C.A. PE-II, Mercantile Law for C.A. Common Proficiency Test, Economic and Other Legislations. He has 39 years of teaching experience of Business and Corporate Laws at under-graduate, postgraduate and professional level. He has been on the Guest Faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Indian Law Institute, All India Management Association, Indian Institute of Bankers, Indian Institute of Public Administration, International Management Institute (IMI), Institute for Integrated Learning and Management (IILM) and IIMT. A former Deputy Director of Studies with ICAI, he is presently Reader in Commerce with Shaheed Bhagat Singh College of University of Delhi.
Sanjay Dhamija, currently is Professor and Dean - Executive Education at the International Management Institute, New Delhi. He is fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS) and of the Institute of Cost Accounts of India (FCMA). He did his M. Com from Delhi School of Economics and LL B from Delhi University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst from ICFAI.
