Dr. G.K Kapoor
, Professor,'Business and Corporate Laws' at International Management Institute (IMI) is M.Com; Ph.D from University of Delhi. Before joining IMI, he was Associate Professor and Officiating Principal, Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi. For a period of two years (June 1987 - May 1989), he was Deputy Director of Studies as well as Secretary to the Company Law Committee with Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi.
Dr. Sanjay Dhamija, currently is Professor at the International Management Institute, New Delhi. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS) and of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (FCMA). He did his M. Com. From Delhi School of economics and LLB from Delhi University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst from ICFAI.
Dr. Vipin Kumar, a Faculty member of  Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, is B.Com. (Hons.), LL.M, Ph.D. in International Taxation. He has and experience of more than 8 years of teaching subjects of corporate and taxation laws including Company Law, Corporate Governance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Taxation Law, Corporate Taxation and International Investment Laws. He has been vising various educational institutes throughout India to deliver guest lectures on corporate and taxation laws.
