Description
Several drastic changes have occurred in the subject of the criminal justice system during the decade. The CrPC (Amendment) Act, 2005 (25 of 2005). The CrPC (Amendment) Act, 2005 (2 of 2006) and The CrPC (Amendment) Act, 2006 (25 of 2006) have brought tremendous changes in the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973. In the Correctional Administration too, the Juvenile Justice Act, 1986 was replaced and the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 has been enacted with uproot changes.
