Author Details
Advocate Monika Srivastava graduated in law from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi in 1991. Her exposure to law is from two fronts. She has an experience of practices before the Civil Courts in Delhi besides being a visiting faculty at Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies (VIPS) affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. She has an experience of teaching Code of Civil Procedure to law students since last fifteen years.
She has authored following books:
1. Code of Civil Procedure 1908; published in 2010 and
2. Guide to Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013; published in 2014.
3. She also assisted in editing of 16th Edition of Mulla's Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
