Description
Clinical legal education as a mode of instruction is vital to inculcate legal skills in law students to make their studies meaningful. It is a step to make them efficient practitioners of law and also to equip them to contribute significantly to the community and society needs. Not much attention was paid to the Clinical legal education in the curriculum of most of the law schools so far particularly as regards preparation of a manual or handbook to guide the students. An effort has been made in this book to describe a few modes of legal skills which the law students can conveniently grasp, practice and put to use during their tenure of stay in law schools. The faculty would also find it helpful to plan dissemination of their instructions facilitate application of law. The work, first of its kind, has been undertaken to make law curriculum more practical. The authors will be grateful for any comments or suggestions aimed at improving its contents so as to be more useful to the students.
