Description
This is the twelfth edition of the book. The Civil Rules of Practice are the Rules framed by the Hon'ble high Court of Kerala to regulate the procedure and practice in the Subordinate Civil Courts in the State of Kerala. Thus this book is an indispensable guide for the smooth running of the Subordinate Civil courts. Civil Rules of Practice also include various other Rules which are framed by the Hon'ble High Court of Kerala. These Rules are given under various appendices. The original text as published by the Government of Kerala contains 19 appendices. We have added Appendix-20 and Appendix -22 in order to include other important Rules which are useful for the Subordinate Courts. We have also given an elaborate index at the end of the book, for quick and easy reference.
