Description
After the overwhelming success of my Book titled "CRIMINAL PRACTICAL LEGAL DRAFT" created for the Budding Criminal Lawyers, "Accused & Litigants", I felt it indispensable to create & design, another Book of Civil pleading for the Budding Civil Lawyers and Litigants.
In civil side practicing also, I have observed that some Civil Lawyers unsuccessfully chase their Sr. Lawyers and other Lawyers for the formats of various types of Civil pleadings and relevant correspondences. To collect and understand the drafts of civil pleadings, most of the Lawyers waste their three to five years. During the struggling period, most of the Lawyers are depressed due to various reasons, such as, unable to find a competent Sr. Lawyer or Sr. Lawyer is confined to one to two topic of civil subjects or practices in one or two Lower Courts only or Sr. Lawyer does not have variety of cases to handle or Sr. Lawyer is not co-operative etc. Some of the Lawyers dreams to become 'independent Lawyer', as early possible but due to lack of knowledge of basic pleadings, they are unable to do so.
I have also scanned the Civil Legal Draft Books available in the open markets and found that all the Civil Legal Draft Books are not 'practical legal drafts but theoretical legal drafts. In otherwords, the theoretical legal drafts books, can be easily understood by experienced Lawyers only but for most of the Civil Lawyers, it's like another 'Book of Law study'. As such, to put an end to their aforesaid troubles & quests, I decided to write this 'Book' titled 'CIVIL PRACTICAL LEGAL DRAFTS'.
On the other side, I have also observed that some of the Litigants are also unable to engage 'Civil Lawyers' due to their poor economical conditions. Some litigants are facing problems of 'dishonest and incompetent Lawyers' due to which they lose their good cases. I feel that this Book would be very much useful, for the litigants also.
This book contains formats of practical Legal drafts used in all Civil cases in all Courts i.e. High Courts, City Civil Courts, Small Cause Courts, Co-operative Courts, Motor Accident Claim Tribunals, Central Administrative Tribunals, Labour Courts, Consumer Courts etc. and some formats of Legal Notices and correspondences.
I have scripted this Book, in a simple & routine language and in the manner of a 'Speaking Book'. In otherwords, the Readers will feel that I am talking and guiding them, through this Book. In otherwords, at the bottom of each format, I have put - "PLEASE NOTE" -, which is self- explanatory. Further, this Book is categorically termed as a "Guide and Ready Referencer" only, for the Civil Lawyers and Litigants.
