Description
Suranjan Chakraverti and Bholeshwar Nath's Cases and Materials on Civil Procedure is an encyclopedia on the law of Civil Procedure of the country. The first edition of this referencer was published in the year 1971; for more than five decades, the book has enjoyed unabated popularity. A wealth of information is presented in a condensed and lucid style. The last edition of the book was published in the year 2012. A plethora of case law has developed since the publication of the last edition of this book. An endeavour has been made to incorporate all the decisions of the Supreme Court and High Courts all over the country.
A special feature of this edition is that after thorough and intensive checking, all the decisions of the Supreme Court have been included in the book at appropriate places. Maximum cross- references for the help of the Bench and the Bar have been given.
