With over 28 years of dedicated experience, Mr. Mishra has consistently excelled in various domains, including corporate governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, sustainability reporting, Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting (BRSR), and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
Mr. Mishra is renowned for his expertise in developing process- oriented policy implementation and compliance systems, which have contributed significantly to the success of the organizations he has served. His academic pursuits have resulted in the publication of authoritative books on Insider Trading Regulations, Listing Regulations, Ethics Governance, and Sustainability.
