Business Laws enfolds within its covers four important enactments, namely, Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881; Indian Partnership Act 1932; Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 and the Competition Act, 2002. These are generally found to be technical and difficult to grasp by law students who are new to the subject. This book gives the reader a simplified insight into the various technical and legal issues of these Acts in an easily understandable form. Simplified examples and landmark judicial decisions, both Indian and foreign, are referred to explain the concepts to the students.
