Prof. (Dr) Heena Ghanshyam Patoli Dr. Heena is result driven and experienced academician cum researcher with more than 22 years of work exposure in Educational Institution, Legal field & Legal Research and Auditor. A fast learner and dynamic personality with a flair for interacting with people, thriving for new challenges and demonstrating tireless work ethics. Possess excellent Leadership skills, communication, organizing, Time Management and Team Leading skills.
Dr. Heena has contributed significantly to legal education, specializing in Criminal Law and Labour Laws and other branches of Law and social sciences. Her expertise spans in various disciplines, having taught PHD Candidates, LLM and LLB Students, MBA and other UG and PG courses of Law and management. Dr. Heena specializes in Designing Online Courses/ Developing Course outlines, Creating/developing Centers/Legal aid Clinics/ Legal studies/ working on Applied Research projects, Guided PhD students. Published various research papers on legal topics and framework, including Scopus publications and authored and Co-authored books on Legal subjects. She also has registered one Patent related to AI tool for Legal Research and copyright on Effective Pedagogy for Teaching Criminal Law.
Dr. Heena is presently working in Dayanand Sagar University, Bangalore, as Professor of Law, has worked in Chandigarh Law College, Mohali as Professor of Law, worked in Mody University, Lakshmangarh, Rajasthan, as Dean and Professor, School of Law, worked in Chandigarh University, Professor, Faculty of Law and was working in Alliance University, Bangalore, as Associate Professor, Maharishi University, Noida, Amity University, Mumbai as Assistant Professor in Law and also Coordinator of the Department of Law.
Dr. Heena hold a PHD in Law from Pacific University, Udaipur, Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act and its impact on Human Rights, (major in Criminology) Masters in Law, Amity University (specialised in Human Rights) and Masters in Business Management, Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU ) ( specialised in Human Resource Management).
Her scholarly contributions include authoring/editing many Law and Social Transformation and others. Apart from teaching, she has been the Centre Head and member for several Centres of Excellence and involved in various research-based activities. She has been the member of the Research Department and Centre for Excellence in Corporate Law and other Committees, Board of Studies, School of Law and also the Anti Ragging Committee and Internal Complaints Committee, heading Internship and Placements and Industry interface.
Dr. Chiranji Lal is an academician cum researcher with over 24 years of experience in teaching and research in law and social sciences. Currently serving at Amity University, Greater Noida Campus, he has contributed significantly to legal education, specializing in Business Law and other branches of Law and social sciences. His expertise spans various disciplines, having taught Law for Engineers, Business Law and Legal Aspects of Business to B.Tech, B.Com, and MBA student's respectively at Amity University, Greater Noida, and serving as a visiting professor at the School of Social Sciences (IGNOU) and the School of Open Learning (Delhi University).
Dr. Lal has held prominent positions at prestigious institutions such a Amity Law School Delhi (affiliated to GGS IP University, Delhi) and the Indian Law Institute (Deemed University). His scholarly contributions include authoring/editing three seminal books on emerging trend on Corporate Law Issues & Challenges, Electoral Law Reforms, and Public International Law Additionally, he has edited reputed academic journals, including the Amit Law Review, ALSD Students Law Journal, and the Maharishi Journal of Law an Society.
In recognition of his outstanding academic contributions, Dr. Lal wa conferred the Academic Excellence Award by the Droit Penale Group association with the Faculty of Law, Allahabad University in 2021 and Leadin Participation award for Climate Change, Community, Culture and Cooperation organized by Gnarly Troop Global Foundation on 21st Decembe 2024, presented by Shri Gajender Singh Sekhawat, Hon'ble Minster for Cultur and Tourism, Government of India during Padharo Mhare Desh Bhara Summit at Rajsthan International Centre, 21-23 Dec. 2024.
