Description
The aim of this book is to state business laws in a manner which is simple, readable, accurate and up-to-date for the benefit of commerce students of Delhi University. Nevertheless, the book would be of immense use to the students of other universities, professional bodies like ICSI, ICAI, ICWA, ELI, legal practitioners, chartered accountants, company secretaries, cost accountants, law officers, and all those interested in the study of business and commercial laws in the country. To ensure clarity and easy understanding of the subject, each concept has been supported by judicial interpretations and case laws, at appropriate places. A good law textbook should make its reader wish to study the law and it is our hope that this book serves that purpose. Like many other law text books, the focal point of this book is not on explaining business laws but r helping students to understand why the law is so?
