Description
The Union Government has repealed the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and enacted the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act No. 46 of 2023). The Sanhita has come into effect from July 1, 2024.
In the present edition, a Comparative Table of Old CrPC and the new sections of BNSS, 2023 has been given for ready reference.
Difference between the Old Law and New Law given sectionwise.
Also, all the latest Supreme Court and different High Court decisions have been included.
