Thank you for supporting my previous work on the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973. Leveraging the foundation laid in my previous work on the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, I'm excited to present this new book on The Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
In this book, under each section, I have provided a clear explanation of the new features introduced in The Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, compared to the old Code. To help with understanding these changes, I have included the corresponding sections from the repealed Criminal Procedure Code in the Contents. Additionally, a comparative chart of old and new sections provided for quick reference.
To make this book more practical, I have included relevant judgments related to the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, including the latest decisions, under the corresponding sections of the new Act. This will help both practitioners and students navigate the new provisions using established egal principles.
