Description
Many of these lectures were published as articles in the Journal Section of Supreme Court Cases. Mr Sumeet Malik of Eastern Book Company has also been requesting me to update these articles for being published as a book. He also suggested that a few of my other lectures may be included so that it may be of interest not only to judges, but for all those who are interested in law and justice.
The sole object of these articles is to evoke discussions and generate debate on various issues relating to law, justice and judges, to strengthen the justice delivery system. If any reader feels any part of these articles are preachy, my apologies as that is not my intention.
Nothing in these articles is intended to refer to any particular member or section of the Judiciary, Executive, Legislature or the Bar or to find fault with any individual or section of society.
