Purchasing is very simple..... Once you have found your book through search or browse links, you can place it in your shopping Cart. Just click on the "Add to Shopping Cart" button. You can add as many books as you want to your Shopping Cart. Continue to make selections and when you have filled your shopping basket, you are ready to begin the checkout process.
The process of shipping starts when we receive your valuable orders along with the payment. Kindly submit your full postal address along with postal code and telephone number including the Mobile Phone number for faster transit. Packing is done with special care so that the product reaches the customer in perfect condition.
DESTINATIONS WHERE WE SHIP & SHIPPING COST
We ship our products to almost all destinations of the world. The shipping charges are based on the approximate weight of the book and destination of the customer. Shipping cost for Multi volume books weighing more than 10 kgs cannot be determined at present, hence we request the customer to contact us for a Quotation / Proforma Invoice for that particular item(s). Also the customers are requested to contact us for bulk purchase for Libraries and Institutions.
HOW TO CALCULATE THE SHIPPING COST
The shipping charges can be seen when the customer selects the books in his shopping cart and clicking the checkout button. If you do not have an account, you will have to create one first, which enables you to shop faster, be up to date on an orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made.
There are no issues if you exit the checkout process at this stage after viewing the shipping cost.
If you plan to purchase more than one title at a time, please add all the titles together and view the shipping cost. This will be much lesser than viewing the shipping cost of each book individually.
SHIPPING METHODS & SHIPPING TIME
We use 3 different modes of shipping for our products
1. Registered Parcel (Within India Only) - This service is available within India only and the shipping time will be 7 - 10 working days from the date of despatch.
2. Speed Post / Express Courier - This service is available to all places including India. The shipping time will be 3 - 7 working days from the date of despatch.
3. Registered Parcel (overseas) / Registered Airmail - This service is available for a few selected countries only. The Indian Postal Department have discontinued the economical mode of despatch of Printed Books few months back. After the discontinuance of this service by the Postal Department there is not much difference in the shipping cost between Registered Airmail and Speed Post / Express Courier. Hence we have discontinued this service to most of the Countries.
For each book, shipping time is mentioned. Shipping Time refers to the time taken for the realization of Payment and the time taken for processing the order. Shipping Time excludes Saturdays & Sundays and other holidays. The customer will be intimated about the progress of their orders through e-mail.
